All of our meatballs are handmade made with all Angus beef for the best flavor possible. Our bread is locally sourced here in Knoxville. We typically offer 5-8 different menu selections daily so every time you come there will something new to try.
Italian Meatball Sub
Traditional favorite with our signature sauce and melted Mozzarella cheese
Bacon BBQ Bomb
Bacon and cheddar stuffed meatball topped with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, and Chopped Bacon
Three Cheese Lasagna
Lasagna layered with our signature sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan. Served with Mediterranean Salad and garlic bread
Chicken Burrito
Seasoned chicken, spicy queso sauce, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sautéed peppers and onions, mixed cheese, and sour cream
Italian Beef
Marinated sliced sirloin grilled with giardinera(spicy Italian peppers and veggies), and mozzarella cheese served on toasted hoagie roll with garlic aioli
M3 Asian Plate
Sesame Ginger Meatball served on white rice and topped with pineapple habernero hoisin sauce, ginger coleslaw, and cashew won ton sesame seed mix
M3 Fiesta
Taco meatballs or tex mex chicken served on corn chips, topped with lettuce, tomato, cheese, spicy white queso sauce, sour cream and salsa. Available with chicken for GF friendly option
Black and Blue Meatball
Blue cheese and cracked black pepper meatball served with tomato, lettuce, and our signature bacon tomato Gorgonzola ranch. Served as a sub or salad (Also served as a chopped wedge salad with chicken)
Steak and Cheese Meatball Sub
Steak seasoned Angus meatballs,grilled peppers and onions, jack and cheddar cheese served on toasted hoagie roll. Tomato, lettuce, mayo on request

About Us
Our Story
The restaurant industry has provided for our family for over 20 years. We have combined experience ranging from Operations, Management, Human Resources and Finance coupled with a passion for food, community and great service. After years spent in the restaurant industry, we wanted to share our love and talent for great food by using our Food Truck to bring a different element to the Knoxville area. Our goal is to cross brand and co-op with local restaurateurs to share their talent and creations by making them mobile in the community. We will share our creations, a hearty menu with a passion for meatballs and other savory specials. Our friends and peers will share our truck and provide an even greater variety of "More"!
Creating Moments
Meatball Madness and More is our first truck from our company Twelve Stones Mobile Kitchens. Twelve Stones is a reference of the twelve stones Joshua had the Israelites stack on the shore of the Jordan river as a rememberance of what God did for His people. An important part of our business is the opportunity to share and serve our community. Fundraising events, mission opportunities, and connections to our community are a foundation of our business.
